How to start a return
Email support@steprevive.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Conditions
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- For hygiene reasons, we ask that the item be clean and dry when returned.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
